MyClaudia Ltd (“MyClaudia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the myclaudia.ai platform — an AI-powered receptionist service for salons and spas. 2.1 Salon Account Data
When you register as a salon owner or staff member, we collect: business name, contact email, phone number, billing address, subscription plan details, and any configuration preferences you set within the platform (e.g. service menu, working hours, booking rules).
2.2 Client Data
As part of delivering the receptionist service, MyClaudia processes data about your salon's clients — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment history, and service preferences. You remain the data controller for your clients' personal data; MyClaudia acts as a data processor on your behalf.
2.3 AI Conversation Data
MyClaudia's AI receptionist engages in conversations with your clients via SMS, email, and chat. We store message content and metadata (timestamps, channel, conversation ID) to provide the service, train and improve our AI models, and for compliance purposes. Conversations are retained for 12 months by default unless you request earlier deletion.
2.4 Usage and Technical Data
We automatically collect log data, IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and platform usage analytics when you access the MyClaudia dashboard. This data is used to maintain service reliability and improve the product.
